About Shalia
My purpose is to bring my love of yoga to those interested in experincing the many benefits a regular practice can provide. Benefits include increased strength and flexibility, greater ability to relax, concentrate and deal with emotions. Yoga has changed my life and I want to be a part of changing yours!
The part I love most about Yoga is that ANYONE can do it! No matter your fitness or flexibility level, you can benefit from practicing yoga. Let me show you.
I completed the 200 hour registered yoga teacher training and am registered with the Yoga Alliance.
