About Dawn
Dawn has taught nationwide over 13,000 lessons since 2006: private sessions, resorts, classrooms, and on the beach. Her style is hatha with a natural flow to the poses, accessible to all and modified for the advanced yogi. Classes can be hatha, vinyasa, yin, or a mix, and each session is customized accordingly. Her energy is calm and grounded, creating a sense of peaceful ease to each session. A private one-on-one session will meet the needs of the client as discussed prior.
