About Erin
I provide a healing, alignment based yoga practice to keep the body safe while tuning into your mind, and soul. I have been vegan for 4 years now, which has helped me optimize my overall health, and well being. I offer Nutrition tips and tricks, as well as extensive knowledge in anatomy, and biomechanics- helping people weight train successfully and see results in the gym.
I enjoy connecting with people, and helping them cultivate self awareness, while learning how to look good and feel their best. Giving back to the community through a practice that has done so much for me over the years, is so rewarding when i see it had the same effect for others.
