About Abigail
yoga can be a little intimidating to some, I enjoy all levels of yoga and I simplify poses and provide modifications. If you're an advanced yogi or someone just looking for a good stretch you will enjoy my class!
I love seeing people find their inner strength and to quiet all the mind chatter, it's an amazing feeling to experience a person becoming stronger through their own practice.
