About

I have been practicing yoga for over 40 years and teaching for 8. I love bringing the power of yoga to those who may not see themselves in it or who dont have access. I have worked with churches, youth, social service programs and yoga studios. I have many intersections of identity so that many students may see themselvers reflected in me as a black/queer/full-bodied/christian-centered/open-minded/woman.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Saint Paul. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
