About Kaitlin
I am a certified yoga teacher looking to assist both new and experienced yogis in deepening their practice! I found my way to yoga in 2016, as I was desperately looking for a way to release the stress and tension I felt at my job at the time. I can honestly say the practice has changed my life, and knew I wanted to help others feel the same way. I received my 200 hour teaching certification in October of 2020 with Humble Haven, a studio located in Richmond, Virginia. I have a daily personal practice, through both studio classes and self-led movement. The constant exploration of my personal practice allows me to evolve as a teacher, finding new paths for my practitioners to deepen their own practice. I'd love the opportunity to share with you the practice which made me a better friend, colleague, and partner.
