About Diane
Welcome to Diane La Von Fitness, I am available virtually to help you learn how to move in a way that will help you work past injuries, feel more confident in the way you move, and allow you to feel more confident stepping into a fitness class at any level. My goal is to teach you to make safe choices and feel joy in fitness the way I know everyone can find with the right teacher. Fitness is about loving ourselves and our bodies, not punishing ourselves, let me help you have a better relationship with fitness. I’m available virtually for everything from pre and postnatal, strength, hiit, dance, yoga and Pilates. Let me transform your relationship with fitness and help you build confidence in your fitness routine.
