About Raechal
I love helping my students grow in their practice! Inevitably I am told in the first few classes, "I'll never be able to do that. I'm too _____." And I take great pride in getting them there! Teaching is easily the most rewarding thing that I do and I can't wait to nurture your potential!
RYT 200 training and over 7 years of experience teaching groups of various sizes as well as private lessons.

I always assess needs and goals, and any physical/health barriers to ensure that they are able to follow along and not be discouraged. As I'm conducting a class, if I know I have someone new, I add more cues and directions than I would for my regular attendees, so that they get the most out of their practice and are able to follow along.
