About April
I teach yoga. You've probably heard of it.
I teach classes in Portland, Oregon at a few studios and community centers and I also offer private lessons.
I live by the following rules:
Question everything.
Move every day.
Do things you kind of suck at.
Laugh at yourself.
Never stop seeking joy.
Galileo Galilei said...
"We cannot teach people anything. We can only help them discover it within themselves."
Let's discover stuff together.
