About Elizabeth

Hey! I am Elizabeth! I am a registered ERYT500 Yoga Instructor and an NLP Certified Life Coach.

I have been teaching yoga and offering business, health, and life coaching for years at my first yoga studio in Plainfield. We opened the doors there in 2017 providing yoga teacher training and group classes.

January 2021 I opened Balance & Breath Yoga and Wellness. BBYoga is located in the Yeager Building in Plainfield and this space is dedicated to my private clients both yoga and coaching, self development courses, and continuing education for yoga teachers.

Now I spend the majority of my time with busy professionals who for one reason or another want to learn and use the tools of yoga and/or coaching in a private setting to improve their lives, reduce stress, and meet their goals.

I enjoy 1:1 coaching and 1:1 private yoga sessions. I love customizing and creating programs that my clients value and gain a lot from. It is my intention that my clients leave a session feeling confident, refreshed, and in a state of elevated wellbeing. This allows my clients to continue to tackle goals in between sessions.

Our focus is centered around our students. We opened our doors on an idea that yoga should be assailable and affordable to every body in our community. With that idea in place we bring you the best!

Our instructors are trained and certified by an accredited school through the Yoga Alliance with a RYT200. E-RYT200, or RYT500 certification.

Our studio and our teachers are dedicated and focused on meeting our students where they are in the practice and building a strong, safe, confident practice to better the mind and body.
