About Carrie

We believe in local and wow'ing every single client every single time. Check out our Google reviews and you'll see why we have so many raving fans.

I love teaching yoga. It's a passion of mine. I truly believe every single person can benefit from yoga and I'm here to show them how.

I teach flow, gentle and restorative yoga.

I love being a cheerleader for others and helping them grow. My mission in life is to lead by example and show others how compassion for yourself and others can make a huge difference in their lives and the lives of those around them.

Yoga will change your outlook. It will challenge you in ways you've never thought of. Finding the quiet space within ourselves can give us all confidence and self love.

I'm an anusara trained yoga teacher with 200+ hours of training. Anusara is an alignment based practice of hatha yoga so being in poses correctly is just as important as how it feels and looks.

About the lesson

Find out what his/her needs and interests are and go from there. I'm very flexible with music and types of yoga we practice together. Typical session is 60 Minutes.
