About Amy
I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga with others! I have a yoga in the park class every Sunday. I mostly teach private lessons and small groups. I have my 200hr certification and am currently working on my 300hr certification as well as my 100 and 200hr meditation certifications.
During Covid I decided I wanted to deepen my own practice so I got my 200hr certification but wasn't sure what I wanted to do with that. I started small with private in home sessions and just recently expanded to yoga in the park, and traveling to Sedona for smaller groups!
I have my 200hr yoga teacher certification. I'm currently working on my 300hr ytt and a 100&200hr meditation certification

Details
My Sunday in the park classes are donation based. Private 1hr classes start at $75 and goes up depending on the travel distance. Small group in home classes for 5 people and under starts at $125(guaranteed starting rate) groups of 5-10 Starts at $20 per person and the price drops by $5 for groups of 10 or more
