About Rebekah

Whether you're brand new at practicing yoga or you've been practicing for years, a private lesson is beneficial for you. I will help you find a routine of stretches and breath work that can work you towards achieving your goals. Yoga assists with increasing flexibility, strength, improves posture, reduces stress and overall improves mood. I will bring a satanized mat, blocks, yoga straps, essential oils, and a positive attitude to you in the comfort of your own home.

I've always had a passion for helping people. In my past career I was a CNA working in the ICU. I came to find I prefer a more holisitic approach to helping others and I found yoga to be the most benefical for all body types, ages, genders, and levels.

About the lesson

When I arrive at the students house, I will ask the student if they have any specific areas in the body that needs some love. Then I design the class around the students specific needs.

I have worked with students as young as 7 years old, up to 80 year olds looking to gain some flexibility and strength back. Most of my clients are in between the age of 30 and 60, however I love working with all people.

Understand that there are many different types of yoga, if what you've done in the past was not what you enjoyed, try again and you may find something you love.
