About Jennifer
I created Serenity with Jeny because I wanted to create a loving space to give women the opportunity to make time for self care and enrich their lives with self knowledge. I have been teaching since 2015. Yoga has always been my sanctuary for self exploration. When the the world is in chaos around me I go to yoga to get grounded and I want to share that with my community.
I have my 200 hour yoga certification that I aqired with Lotus House of yoga
