About Clear
I am careful and inspired to break the cycles of disease which begin from a sense of low self esteem. The emotional body needs uplifting tools to stay positive in these changing times. Chronic pain arises from accumulated tensions, joint use, and normal day use/abuse. With my Chiropractic Anatomical understanding, I offer an expert view of the body as a graceful biomechanical system which when balanced yields long-lasting health. All are welcome here, all ages and all phases of experience. No condition is too complex to resolve by unwinding old habits toward the benefits of a supple body, flexible mind and strong vital spirit.
I love the simple joy that grows the heart open when a daily practice of yoga is experienced. All aspects of life experience begin to benefit and my students are overwhelmed with gratitude for a much clearer understanding of themselves and others. We will develop mutual support that can carry you through all future transitions in life, gracefully aging and progressively enjoying a healthy mind
