About Lee
Lee has been a Yoga Instructor since 2005 and loves introducing the beauty of Yoga (asana's and philosophy) to her students. Finding a love of Yoga in college, Lee pursued her passion and became an instructor and has taught at various studios over the years. She teaches both group classes and private sessions, typically Vinyasa but incorporates Ashtanga and Hatha yoga as well. She also volunteers teaching yoga in the public school system. Lee has her RYT 200 hr certification through Yoga Journey Studio with Leslie Glickman in Boca Raton, FL and she is also certified through Yogafit for teaching Pre- Natal Yoga.
Lee believes that as we flow with yoga, we come back to our breath, find our own equanimity and gain greater awareness of the connection between body, mind and spirit.
Lee is the founder of Park Life Studio, a warm community space for learning and sharing all forms of yoga, dance, art and wellness.

The flow of the class was great. I also really liked the intimate atmosphere of the studio. Lee gave me some really helpful corrections. I’m looking forward to going back next week!
She is a wonderful instructor who really cares about her practice and her students. I realize I have better posture all day after a class with Lee in the morning!
The space is comfortable and beautiful, pricing is very reasonable, and Lee is a great instructor. She gives plenty of individual help and tips to get more out of your practice.
