About Sana
Hello dear beginner yogi or yogini my name is Sana i am certified yoga instructor since 2015.
I travels to student one on one class. Just want to let you know that one on one class is 100% productive than group class, in a group class you will guided only. one on one class you will learn how to practice yoga and you will do your own in no time.
My knowledge is physical yoga plus meditation, back pain, nutrition and diet, digestive system function, respiratory system function, nervous systen function.
most importantly Ayurvede practitioner. if you havent heard about Ayurvede goole it blow your mind.
