2003 NESTA certification with a love for learning, practicing, and sharing. I have been practcing yoga since 1998 and my passion just keeps growing every year.
200E-RYT
In 2018, I will be completing my 500RYT.
Currently in a KUndalini Yoga Training. I will be completing it January 2019.
