About Michal
after years of been a director of a few organizations around the world and work with Jewish organizations around the world and teaching Hebrew as well While doing that I decided to be a yoga teacher and fulfilled my dream. In the last year I've become a yoga teacher and working with students how don't have any yoga experience or with students that want to work on the flexibility like Runners, athletes etc. Add classes we will practice Hata Yoga 🧘♀️ which brings Quiet for the mind peaceful for the soul release all the stress from the body and bring the body to be balance and healthy. Since I'm teaching yoga I'm I found that it's bring joy and connect my students to them self.
