We will ask each student a few questions to understand what they are looking for and then pair them with the best trainer for them. Each session is totally personalized to the student.
We have worked with all types of students from children to senior citizens and everyone in between! We have helped people get ready for their wedding or vacation and we have helped others recover from an injury.

Yes, the first week is entirely free for you to make sure it's the right fit. From then on, we charge only $5.99 for a 30-minute session and $11.99 for a 60-minute session. No contracts or annual committments.
