About Elissa

I am a forever student myself meaning I practice what I preach. I had the opportunity to apprentice with my teacher, Alan Finger for 3 yrs. He is a master and has more than 50 yrs of experience.

I'm always learning and very knowledgeable about not only the yoga poses and sequences but also meditation, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda.

About the lesson

I ask them what they would like to get out of the practice. If they have injuries. I access them to see where they are out of balance so I can introduce certain asanas or pranayamas.
