About Doug
PhilanthroFIT specializes in PERSONAL TRAINING, GROUP FITNESS, run coaching, and OBSTACLE RACE PROGRAMS.
We perform our training in your home, apartment gym, or at various locations throughout New York City including private fitness studios and outdoors - whatever is the most convenient for YOU!
More than the job, it's the wonderful people we get to work with.
Been doing this coaching thing for a long time. 2 things we have come to learn.
1) Just like clients, a Coach can and should always try to improve and learn.
2) Clients don't necessarily care how much you know. They want to know how much you care.
I'm so grateful to have client's who inspire me to become better at my craft every day.
