Founded in 2016, Sorg Sport and Wellness is situated in New Albany, Indiana, and serves the surrounding areas. This fitness and wellness training facility, run by a dedicated husband and wife team, offers group and individual training for all skill levels. They design fun, functional workouts safe for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. They also offer sport-specific workouts for student-athletes and a 12-week Transformation for Life Workshop that combines workouts with nutrition education. This woman-owned business is passionate about helping people reach their highest potential through wellness and sport-specific training.
