Perfect! I just had my second private yoga class with Gloria and I am loving it! I am currently recovering from an injury and Gloria took the time to listen in order to tailor the lessons specifically for me. She makes sure all the moves are comfortable for me and doesn't hesitate to add some bonuses if there is anything else I want to work on. I also really like the fact that she combines yoga, massage, tension-relieving balls from yoga tune-up (which are amazing!), some more tonic fitness moves, all with great music background! I highly recommend taking classes with Gloria!
