About Donna

Certified 500 hours of training by Yoga Alliance in The Barkan Method of Hot Yoga.

I taught classes at The Batkan Method for ten years in Florida.

I also teach a yin style without heat and have training using blocks and straps as props to modify.

I volunteered at Gildas Club in Florida teaching to cancer patients.

I'm donnadyoga on Instagram as a public figure.

Yoga changed my life in every aspect so I wanted to share the gift with others.

500 hour yoga certification to teach asana, meditation and philosophies of yoga in The Barkan Method of Hot Yoga located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I taught at this studio for 10 years and I have been practicing various types of yoga (heated and non heated) for over 20 years. Andura Intensive workshops on Yin yoga and modifications. At least ten yoga other workshops with various teachers through the yoga journal conferences.

About the lesson

Short introduction to yoga

Their precious experience with yoga and any injuries or any health issues that would prevent them from doing certain postures

signing a waiver (insurance purposes)

Choosing a space to practice together for breathwork, asana and meditation

Yhe first lesson is usually an hour and a half

all following lessons are one hour

paynent is due at the end of each session

In the ten years that I have been teaching, there have been so many but to name a few...

women, men, couples yoga, yoga for cancer patients, yoga for injuries, yoga for teenage softball players and even yoga for dogs!
