About Kenadee

Mixing vinyasa flow with focus area workshops my flows leave you energized with a new outlook on yoga.

I love catering lesson plans to students and giving them a flow they haven't experienced before. You walk into any other class and it's all sun salutations. I bring a sense of play and fun into my sessions and my clients really enjoy it too.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people and when I started to get more and more into yoga ans witnessed how much it helped me with my physical and mental health, I wanted to share that with others.

I am a 700hr certified yoga instructor as well as a licensed massage therapist. I have an extensive knowledge on anatomy which is helpful for those students who have pain or are wanting a more physical body focus on the session, especially athletes as I teach at a private gym.

About the lesson

I ask why they want to begin practicing yoga. This helps me to build a professional relationship with my new student and make a lesson plan specifically to their needs/wants. I then will discuss with them what they want out of the practice and what they are looking for in regards to frequency of the lessons.

My first student was inexperienced looking to start an exercise program to lose weight. I've taught seniors in homes as well as seniors that are still active. Right now I've been teaching a lot of athletes that are trying to increase their performance and range of motion.

Take your time and pick someone that you click with. It’s hard to practice yoga when you don’t like your instructor. And please don’t worry if you aren’t flexible or strong or have any experience in yoga! That’s what instructors are here for.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Privacy is always respected, but as an instructor I do need to known of any major health concerns such as heart problems, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc. If you don’t have any of that then great! Think about why you want to start practicing and what you want to get out of it.

Details

Private sessions are $45/ 1hr session or $15/drop if you come to one of my classes which are very small and still very private with lots of room for one on one moments.
