About Estefania
As a Teacher my practiced is focused on a therapeutic pratice. During this practice we work on a specific goal, i.ex.: relieve lower back pain, reduce fibromyalgia symptoms, increase balance and focus, reduce anxiety.
I provide sessions that are results driven, with a pre and post assessment to evaluate evolution of the practice.
A therapeutic Yoga session is easier to be measured and Meditation is measured with your own personal experience and personal practice. I work with children, youth and adults.
