About Melissa
I teach Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative style yoga in a studio. My classes are meditative and a lot of breath work I teach moderate to advanced poses and some inversions. I work with you to reach your goals if that's flexibility or breath work to have a clearer mind on the mat. If you have an injury I can show you poses that can help strengthen and heal the injury. I also provide private lessons as well.
My private lessons are unique to each student.
I love teaching yoga it's not work at all. My passion with yoga is to help each student reach there goals.
I was practicing yoga for 5 years and was inspired to start teaching.
I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification through Yogaone Houston, TX
