About Melanie
Melanie began her yoga journey in 2015 at the suggestion of her chiropractor. After her first practice she was hooked! Yoga has allowed her to be with herself in a deep way that has been life changing! Her love of yoga grew into the desire to share this beautiful practice with others. She has been teaching since 2016. Melanie is a wife, a mom of 3, an autism mom and a breast cancer survivor. Practicing mindfulness has brought much peace to her life! She teaches alignment based yoga. Melanie’s main focus is to teach self love. You are enough!
I began teaching after being inspired by Colleen Saidman Yee. She is my mentor and has been a huge inspiration to me.
I am an RYT-200 hour certified yoga teacher. I am fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach alignment yoga, breath work and meditation.
