About Jonas
I am a Super Bowl Champion, Former 5- Year NFL running back, University of Notre Dame Alum, Certified Health Coach, and Personal Trainer. I have diverse expertise in many different areas such as Yoga and Meditation, Functional Activation Techniques, and the Post-Injury Rehabilitation process.
I love to see GROWTH! It's about growing, getting better, and developing your skills as a player, but most importantly as a person. I have a passion for getting results while uniting and inspiring people to be their very best.
