Our world is immense, as are the problems and negativity we are exposed to each day. The overwhelming side-effects of this gloom manifests itself as dissension and spreads like a virus through our families and neighborhoods. To change the world is a daunting task, so instead of doing nothing, I choose to focus on healing myself and nurturing the places where I can make positive changes; in my home and surrounding communities.
Twisted Roots Yoga with Elizabeth offers an opportunity for others who are also choosing to heal themselves and nurture their homes & communities. T.R.Y provides low-impact yet powerful fitness activity through individualized yoga instruction that has the ability to complement all other physical activities or stand alone in its own tranquil power.
T.R.Y. with Elizabeth combines gentleness, acceptance, reverence, and stamina into one radiant glow that emanates from each person who allows themself to simply experience this harmonious movement in accordance with their individual strengths and abilities.
T.R.Y. with Elizabeth supports your wellbeing with individualistic and holistic yoga practices in a safe and supportive environment. All you’re asked to do is T.R.Y.
It is important to not only encourage students to listen to their bodies and focus on their abilities when doing Yoga, but that it is equally important to explain the
"why" behind each pose.
