My background:

I’m a yoga teacher, personal trainer, assisted stretching professional and wellness coach who specializes in strength-based movement. Classes are custom tailored for you each time we meet.

Understanding alignment and functional movement is crucial for a well-functioning body. I’ll help you master alignment and develop a strong sense of body awareness that will benefit you for many years.

In addition to having my 500 hour yoga teacher certification and ACE personal trainer certification, I am a trained assisted stretching professional. I have been teaching movement since 2017. Think of me as your one-stop shop for all of your fitness and recovery needs!

About the lesson

During our first session I will get to know your needs and learn more about your body through some basic movements. We will do some flexibility and strength training.
