About Diana
I’m certified to teach three different types of yoga, hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga. I’m currently seeking certification as a yoga therapist. I give muscle and postural assessments to determine tight and weak muscles. We then use yoga asanas(postures) to strengthen and stretch muscles. Hopefully the end results will be to elevate pain, become more symmetrical and/or just to feel better not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. I also offer time for personal guided meditation and how to instill it in your daily life
Helping people find ways to elevate stress, tension and fatigue physically, mentally and spiritually through yoga postures and meditation.
