Ashly Sims RYT-200 & Certified Holistic Nutritionist
Ashly’s passion for yoga and meditation began in 2011 after working as a home health nurse for children with special needs. Her extremely strenuous job, a back injury, and a friend’s recommendation prompted her first yoga class. She immediately fell in love with yoga and meditation, recently completing her RYT-200 at
The Glowing Body. She has a passion for helping others connect their mind and body, while practicing techniques to disconnect from their everyday lives. Ashly is also certified in Mat Pilates and continues her study of yoga and its practices, to share with others. Ashly is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA and lives to help others reach their goals Through Yoga and A Holistic Lifestyle.
