About Nicole
I am most excited about delivering a high quality yoga class that is unique to each individual, taking into consideration their strength, desired areas of growth, and current fitness level.
I love working with individuals as well as small groups to help each client achieve their goals, whether that is in the realm of movement, mindfulness, or meditation!
I began my Yoga Teacher Training shortly after graduating college. I have been teaching yoga ever since!
I am YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) certified in Vinyasa Yoga. I have also completed my training in Children's Yoga. I have taught live sessions at various yoga studios as well as private / small group sessions over Zoom for the past 6 years.

I love to hear about what the new student wants to achieve out of their yoga sessions - strength, flexibility, serentiy, etc. I also ask about any prior injuries. I then customize each yoga session personally for each client!
I have worked with both adults and children with little to no experince, up to very practiced yogi's, and everything in between!

I encourage all clients to think about their WHY when seeking out consistent yoga classes. What are you looking for in a yoga class? What body parts would you like to focus on? What intensity level suits you best?
