We will meet for an in depth intake and energy healing session. Through the process of clearing, purging, re energizing and balancing your energy fields, chakras, meridians, and organ systems I will gather information to develop your personalized practice plan. We then do the practice while video taping so that you can have the video to refer to as you continue your practice through out the week.
