About Carol
I am an occupational therapist, myofascial release bidyworker, a former dancer, and a yoga instructor. I have many tools across several modalities to assist clients in coming home to their bodies.
I love assisting people with feeling comfortable and safe in their bodies. I love helping them develop a yoga practice that serves their needs, and teaching them proper alignment.
