About Anna
I am a Yoga Alliance registered RYT200. I offer a variety of yoga including yin, restorative, chair, kids, beginners, vinyasa and power vinyasa flow I can build a class specifically for your level and needs allowing you to reach your goals. I have something for everyone. I currently teach 1 set class a week and am also available for privates or semi-privates at 2 different studios (in Jamestown and in Greensboro.)
I currently teach a vinyasa flow and movement class for strength and stability Monday's at 9:30AM at Zenful U in Jamestown. This classes are $12
I enjoy watching people become more confident and grow in their physical and mental abilities.
