About Kasidy
Hi, Kasidy here! I'm thrilled to get the opportunity to chat with you more about your specific yoga needs. I offer yoga for a wide range of needs, styles, and preferences, including privates, small groups, special events, and kids yoga. Once we determine your goals, I will customize a plan to help you reach them and make sure we have a ton of fun along the way! I am currently seeing students in-person (within the greater Houston area) and over zoom. I also offer monthly discounts and specials. My journey with yoga started as a means to an end for physical healing. The more yoga I did, the more yoga I craved. The results I saw were not only physical, but spiritual, emotional, and mental. I starting leading my friends and family through meditation flows just for fun and it slowly turned into something that people were/are willing to pay me to do. I truly believe yoga is meant to be accessible to all and I want to play my small part in making that happen. I love watching people meet their personal goals of strength, flexibility, mindfulness, mobility, and overall health and wellbeing. I love hearing the stories of pain ceasing and loving awareness towards themselves and others increasing.
