About Kaitlyn
Hello, I hope this finds you well and excited to grow!
My name is Kaitlyn, I've grown up in the Houston area all my life. I graduated from Texas Tech University in May of 2016 with a BA in Dance and a minor in psychology. I have danced for almost 17 years and fitness health has been important to me from a very young age. I have worked within personal training studios, cycling studios and Yoga studios. My main passion is to be a part of others peoples journey towards their overall health and happiness. I was certified in Integrative Vinyasa Yoga Flow by the Yoga Alliance, but I am privy to many different styles as well. I believe Mental health is just as important as physical health and I strive to cultivate an eviroment where my students feel safe enough to really dive into that. Whatever you goals may be within Yoga, I am here to encourage you and be with you every step of the way!
