Om Radiant Being!
Hatha Yoga is the practice of purifying the mind, body, & spirit. Gigi honors the essence of these ancient teachings by guiding students through intentional asanas (poses) while weaving in vedantic philosophy, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.
In her own words:
"Yoga is an invaluable tool for healing. When I was in my darkest place, having suffered from depression for most of my 20s, I found that the more I practiced yoga regularly, the more I created space in my mind for new thoughts, thoughts that would eventually create a trail to a new way of showing up in the world.
As a teacher I have the opportunity to guide the individual along their unique journey; to assist each person with discovering the ultimate healer in themselves."
I enjoy watching student transformation - it is beautiful to see their confidence grow as they build strength in their bodies, trust in their minds, and freedom in their spirits.
