As an Army Veteran, I'm focused on helping our military and local El Paso community.

I was introduced with a 90-minute heated Hatha class and loved every minute of it. I loved how my body reacted, how I could apply what I learned even off the mat, the calmness of my mind, and most of all I loved how I felt.

About the lesson

We talk about experience, expectations, ability, and time available to commit to a routine yoga practice.

I have worked with ages 3-86 and with people who have never stepped foot on a mat to very seasoned yogis. I have also worked with a broad range of disabilities and mental capabilities.

Try all the different styles to find the style(s) that are to your liking. Move within your own capacity and empower yourself to to enjoy and/or not even do poses. When you find the yoga you like, practice- practice- practice! It's called a "yoga practice" for a reason.

Seeing a student be amazed with herself and say, "wow", to her own capability.

Beginners recieve starting rate of $25/hour for foundational poses and sequences of Iyengar Form Style Class.

Any other specialty or advanced styles cost $35/hr.
