About Laiya
I specialize in a female that cannot lose weight because of stress...and she has tried everything...i am able to set her on a new path to tune into her body......I have been doing this for 11 years ..Yoga Institute trained..have been a fitness instructor for years. There is always a way to get where you feel amazing in your body, by using the Body Tune method. It is so easy to do and and only takes a little time and a little instruction. Let me send an intro video. You will love it.
The amount of success that is possible when we take the time to get to know ourselves from the inside out. It feels so great because there is so much possibility.
