About Sheri
Hi! My name is Sheri and I believe Yoga can be a part of everyone's lifestyle! I specialize in beginner classes but am able to teach from Restorative and Yin to Intermediate and Power.
Meditation is a large part of my style and according to the students I can do as little or as much as they need - I enjoy leading guided meditation.
Yoga For Life!
I love the people and watching them progress with their practice.
I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I did my formal training with Body Alive (at the time Yoga Alive) and I've been teaching for two years.
