About Lesley
At LBT my focus is helping people create a better quality of life while living with a chronic condition (like MS, Parkinson’s, or Fibromyalgia).
My yoga classes are all beginner classes and suited for those with limited mobility.
Reiki classes are for any level from beginner to Master Level.
Massage classes are for couples. The couples can be partners, parent /child, or just two friends. We will spend three hours learning basic massage techniques that are safe for use at home.
Meditation and Metaphysics classes are for all students if any level and any number of years experience.
I love working with my clients because I love seeing the joy in their faces when they learn to create a new level of normal. When a client can make small changes in their daily routines to create a better quality of life, I’ve done my job and that brings me great joy.
