About Brenda
I am an experienced yogi, with over twenty years practice. My yoga journey has brought me into contact with many remarkable teachers in England, the United States and Bali, Indonesia.
Five years ago, I gained my RYT200 from Intuitive Flow Yoga, Bali Indonesia. Since that time I have supported hundreds of clients in their practice and jouney of self-discovery. My teaching experience is diverse ranging from graduate students at Oxford University to investment bankers in corporate wellness programs, studio classes and private private clients at their homes and work.
As a regular contributor to yogaclassplan.com, a website for yoga teachers, I write instructional articles on how-to-teach yoga poses, as well as bi-monthly editorials to guide teachers on all aspects of yoga practice and teaching. some of these articles can be found on my facebook page (concealed information)
