About Russell
Yoga is for EVERYONE. My goal is to work with others to find their inner happiness and refine their yoga asanas to meet their individual expectations. My personal mantra is "You do YOU!! This is your life...live it to YOUR expectations not those of others."
I worked in the public education sector as a teacher and school leader for nineteen years. I received my yoga teaching certification from Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center in Rishikesh, India. I have been a full-time yoga teacher now for nearly a year with over 500 hours of teaching experience.
The feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment when a client's personal yoga goals have been achieved.
