About Jodi

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor who specializes in Core Restore/Yin Yoga.I am trained in all levels of Vinyasa Yoga. I enjoy teaching my students one on one, so my focus and dedication is on that person.

I enjoy working with those who have medical, health conditions the most. Energy transfer with colored light therapy brings each person some spiritual understanding of how much the mind controls our body functioning well.

I have 25 years of teaching theology and philosophy, I hold a masters degree in both. Over 6 years ago I became a yoga instructor. I incorporate all philosophies of western and eastern traditions and techniques to provide a full mind and body experience.

About the lesson

I explain the philosophy of yoga, where it started and the types of yoga in the world. I am a hands on instructor, I keep my student safe, so no injuries occur. I also provide meditation techniques, including breathing modification, so my students bring calmness into their lives on their matt and in the daily life off their matt.
