Welcome to Dharmas & Drishti: Yoga with Deena, where your journey to wellness and mindfulness begins. Based in Nassau County, NY, I am a 25-year yogi . I have my restorative certification and teach weekly hatha/vinyasa/restorative classes. My focus is on creating a serene environment where you can explore and deepen your practice. With no distractions, I provide personalized classes and offer the individualized attention you deserve -- either in a small group or full class setting. Join me to enhance your physical and mental well-being through the transformative power of yoga.
