About Mackenzie

I was first introduced to yoga at a young age by my grandmother, but didn’t start my consistent practice until I began working in the fashion industry. Yoga started off as an escape from my hectic work environment and quickly became a lifestyle. After years of practicing and enjoying the many healing benefits of yoga for myself, I felt passionate about sharing the magic of yoga with others. In 2017 I received my RYT-200 Hour certification from the Yoga Alliance.

My yoga practice sparked my spiritual journey which has since evolved into energy healing, by becoming a certified Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 practitioner as well as sharing my intuitive practice by journeying deeper into oracle card readings and leading spiritual rituals. Aligning body, mind and spirit is the core intent of my practice. My eclectic spirituality started early with childhood interests in cards, spell books, crystals and a deep connection to nature and the outdoors. I’ve managed to stay connected to these practices and invite you to allow me to help you connect with them too!

I'm a Registered Yoga Instructor and Certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.
